Obituary of Mildred Maxine Collinsworth

Mildred Maxine White Collinsworth born on September 2nd, 1933, in Haywood County, NC, passed away in Colorado Springs, Colorado, on November 24th, 2023. She was 90 years old. Mildred lost her dearly beloved husband, Donal Collinsworth, in 2011. Also, preceded in death by her son-in-law, Jack McGill. She is survived by her four daughters Debbie, Brenda (Dave), Diane (Ed) and Sherry (Mark), 13 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.

She married Donal Collinsworth in 1952 in Everett, WA. They moved to Florida after their wedding. Mildred loved people and enjoyed living in a number of states including North Carolina, Washington, Florida, Colorado, Arizona and Oklahoma. She has made many friends along her path in life. Mildred enjoyed life, was active in her church, served others and focused on her family. Heaven received an angel on November 24, 2023. She was loved by her family and many others. She will be sorely missed.

Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, December 8th, 2023, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 800 W Chandler Heights Road, Chandler, AZ 85248, at 10:00 am; Interment will be at the National Cemetery in Phoenix, AZ.
