Obituary for Sonia Carlburg
Sonia Ida Carlburg, age 84 of Gilbert, Arizona passed away September 7th, 2023 at 6pm. She was born on September 4th, 1939 in Yorkshire, England to Thomas and Hilda Chalmers.
Sonia will be remembered for the bright smile on her face, and her kindness and thoughtfulness to others. She always had time to make a new friend, and would welcome anyone into a conversation. We will all miss her cheerful personality, along with the stories of her extensive travels.
Sonia is survived by her son Richard K. Carlburg of Gilbert, AZ.
She was preceded in death by her husband E. Gordon Carlburg in 2004.
