Patrick was one of the most influencing forces in my own hiking persona! He possessed such an amazing "attitude of gratitude", and wore it as his identity! Patrick was also one of my photography mentors, one of the all time greats with a unique, and ceaseless ability to build a feature into every photo which placed an emphasis on his love, respect, and devotion to his beautiful wife, Kristen! ....I cannot imagine what she must be going through? I'm looking forward to that intersection where our paths will cross again, Patrick! Until then ....Happy Heavenly Trails!
