Obituary of Beryl Ontman

Beryl Mable Ontman Beryl joined her Heavenly Father peacefully at home on December 27, 2020. She was born on February 16, 1931 to Clarence and Bertel Buxton in Detroit Michigan. Michigan is where she grew up and received her Nursing degree from Lansing Practical Nursing Center in 1951. She spent her entire life caring for others, well into her 70"s. She was a spry one! She was married to our father, Robert Lee Lepley until his passing in 1996. She is survived by her husband Philip Meyer Ontman, one brother, Al Buxton and his wife Marge (MI/AZ), her 4 daughters, Pamela Whitaker (AZ), Patricia Boughner (MI), Ann Seaton (ID/AZ), Denise Penwell (AZ), 8 Grandchildren, 15 Great Grandchildren, 8 Great Great Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Mom was blessed to find Guzzi, the second love of her life in 2005. These two lovebirds married on June 9, 2007 and had never left each other"s side. She loved road trips to Idaho, Wyoming, South Dakota and Michigan to visit family and friends. She enjoyed cruising the high seas, as well as taking mini road trips through Arizona on the back of Guzzi"s Ducati motorcycle! Mom was a self-described social director, planning social gatherings, trips and excursions to Arizona sites and casinos. She loved jokes, plays and dressing in costume. Her lively sense of humor will be missed. Mom was loved by many and will be missed by all. We will be celebrating her life and our memories on Saturday January 30, 2021. 1pm "" 4pm at Denise Penwell and Guzzi"s residence.
