Obituary of Saundra Ann Armer

Saundra Ann (Davies) Armer, a descendant of the Gila County families of Davies and Burt went to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 3, 2021.  The daughter of Gwendolyn (Burt) Davies and Joseph Charles Davies, she was born in Miami, AZ on October 7, 1939.  She was preceded in death by her husband Jay B. Armer and her brother Richard Charles Davies. Saundra is survived by her children, Debbie Armer, Jay B. Armer II (Kristie), and Deedee Armer Holden (Scott), sister-in-law Stephanie Smeloff Davies, granddaughters Jessica Armer-Boitz Johnson (Todd), Alexandra Armer, Emily Armer Woodroffe (Ryan), Lucy Armer and Natalia Armer and step-grandchildren Cooper, Beckett and Mackenzie Holden.  Saundra also leaves behind six great grandchildren, two nieces and one nephew, and their children. A private family memorial service will be held in late May 2021 in Globe AZ.  In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the American Bible Society.
