Obituary of Cheryl Chaves

Cheryl Lee Stratton was born to Lois and Clyde Stratton on August 28, 1954 at University Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. Cheryl had three siblings Susan Michel from Henderson Nevada, John Stratton from Apache Junction, Arizona and Robert (Rob) Stratton from Billings, Montana. She grew up in Willowick, Ohio and graduated from Eastlake North High School in 1972. She met her husband Don and was married in October 1973. They had two daughters, Laura Michelle and Kimberly Sue. After moving to Arizona she worked at a alarm company ( A-Bar) as a secretary for a short wile, and then was a church secretary for 8 years at Mesa Baptist Church. She met many people with her cheerful voice and winning smile. She served in many church ministries, such as: choir, Awana, Women"s Outreach and performed in church plays during Christmas and Easter. Cheryl is survived by her husband and their two daughters, two son-in-laws, Trevor Snavik and Joes Scott, and also their six grandchildren, Kaitlyn (11), Emily (9), Jacob (7), Micha (4), Lilya (2) and Adalyn (8 months).
