Damon came into the world smiling and with a large voice. He was loved by all that met him due to his humor, smile, quick wit and fun-loving nature. Born in Spencer, Iowa he moved to Mesa, AZ at 8 months old, and then he moved to Montrose, Colorado in 1984 when he was entering junior high school. He played both football and baseball in school. After graduating from Montrose High School in 1990, he spent time in Arizona and Iowa, attended community college, making lots of friends along the way. After his son Deven was born in 1998, he relocated to Saint Louis Missouri and later completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He met his long-time sweet heart Leah there as well. He worked for Fall Protection Systems Corporation as a mechanical engineer for many years before re-locating to Gilbert where he worked for San Tan Ford. He loved to cook had a dream to own a bed and breakfast. All of us will miss his big heart, his wit and presence in this world.
